Merry Christmas from Grace Fellowship International

“For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” Isaiah 9:6

This prophecy of Isaiah was gloriously fulfilled seven centuries later when Jesus left heaven to clothe Himself in human nature.  Hallelujah, what a Savior!

As we look back over this year, we give thanks for everything Christ has done in us and through us.  GFI seminars were presented in Tennessee, Rhode Island, Florida, Missouri, and Africa-South Africa and Cameroon.  We equipped disciples in our three local Exchanged Life Counseling workshops.  We also had the privilege of counseling and coaching many individuals week by week, and we appreciate the seven Guides that complete our GFI team…

.

As we look ahead into 2024, we anticipate another year full of opportunities and challenges.  Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 3:5, “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God.”  We are planning our Tennessee seminars and workshops, and the Finding Joy seminar is scheduled for January 20th in Virginia and April 20th in Boston.

Please pray for a video project starting early in January.  We have purchased new video equipment, thanks to a generous donor last December.  God has also sent us a film student, named Will, who attends Johnson University, a Christian college.  Will has offered to do free work for GFI, and this project allows him to fulfill service hours and class work requirements.  This is a win/win!

As mentioned previously, GFI is in a year-end giving campaign called, “Good Cents.”  While in Lakeland Florida, back in September, a little girl donated a penny to GFI.  Her mother was teaching her that God can take a little and make it “more.”  One penny isn’t much, but when you add a lot of pennies together, the “more” is accomplished!  Will you help us add more pennies?  Your donations allow GFI to continue to guide people into a complete and victorious identity in Christ.  Because we counsel people from donations only, your giving is needed to help us with operations, but it also practically helps us travel to spread the Word all over the world!  Specifically, it allows us to purchase a new computer for our seminars and workshops.  You can give online at gracefellowshipinternational.com/about-gfi/donate/.  Please put the amount of giving into the widget, select the “Good Cents” fund and your giving is completely secure through Subsplash.  You can also give by calling (865) 429-0450 or through mail: P.O. Box 368 Pigeon Forge, TN 37868.

Let us close with the greatest announcement ever recorded.

“Then the angel said to the shepherds, ‘Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.  For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.  And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.’  And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying” ‘Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!’

What great news!  We get peace and God gets the glory!

We pray you have a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
