March, 2024

We give thanks for a well attended Finding Joy seminar in Corryton, Tennessee on February 24th. About 45 attended including our Counseling Guide from Georgia, Kris Nordlander and his sons. This was also the first seminar with our new office administrator, Kristy, who was a big help with handling registrations and the book table.

We are rejoicing after completing the recent Exchanged Life Counseling Workshop here in Pigeon Forge March 4–7.  Thirteen attended from various States and Canada and we had a full four days schedule (instead of 3 1/2). The Workshop concluded with a very inspiring testimony time which we video recorded.

Our most recent paperback book publication is Dr. John Best’s important volume, Exploring The Treasure of Your New Human Spirit. It is a full length study of man as spirit, soul and body— a valuable contribution to the field of theology and counseling.

On March 23rd I’ll be officiating at the memorial service of Paul Travis who went to be with the Lord at age 90. Paul was a pastor, trained by our daughter ministry in Marietta, Georgia, and in recent decades has been on staff with Freedom in Christ Ministries. During the Solomon Institute years, Paul taught lectures on freedom in Christ and overcoming legalism. We pray for his family to have God’s comfort, and that the service will be a testimony of God’s grace, truth, and hope.

We invite you to listen to and share our audio podcast, Glimpses of Grace. Mark and I just published episode 31 where we discuss overcoming depression.

We welcome support of this ministry as we continue to proclaim the message of the Exchanged Life, encouraging believers to live victoriously, disciple strategically, and counsel effectively. God bless you this month as we observe Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Resurrection Sunday.

Yours in Christ,

John  Woodward
